A 30-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon court session:• Jerry Mitchell Butcher was bound to the grand jury on the charge of rape. He is charged with forcing himself on an underage teenage girl while they were working together at a tree nursery.• Jessica Judkins was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $324 for joyriding.• Dustin France was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time served and must pay $286 and undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.• Elvis Parker was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $312 and attend an extensive outpatient counseling for 120 days for resisting stop.• Marvin McCoig was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $1,286 and attend mental health court for assault and violating an order of protection.• Kenny Arnold was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $677 and must stay away from the victim on the charge of vandalism.
