A 48-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Nathan Forsyth was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft and failure to appear in court. He was also directed to serve the balance of a former sentence for violation of probation.• Lorie Manier was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for evading arrest.• Mauro Juarez was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend the batterer program and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for domestic assault.• Christopher Steelman was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend anger management and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for domestic assault.• Cortney Bradshaw was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must attend batterer intervention and undergo a mental health assessment for domestic assault.• Theresa Carpenter was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Marilyn Davis was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Goodwill for theft.• Dallas Massey was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Pamela Shultz was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Donald Shields Jr., must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Robert Tanner had his judicial diversion set aside and must serve five days for violation of probation.• Lynn Barr was released on time served and fined $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Armando Ruiz must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Joshua Self must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Wesley Leverett must serve the balance of his probation for violation of probation.• David McCormick must serve 20 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
