A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by in General Sessions arraignment court by Judge Bill Locke. Included in arraignment action:• Mario Torres was ordered to serve 10 day of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $628 and attend anger management for domestic assault.• Kenny Scott was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, must pay $286 and must attend conflict management for domestic assault.• Robert B. Brown was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $312 and attend conflict management for violating an order of protection.• Kellie Dewey and Kerri Holt were issued 11-29 probationary sentences and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Kara Simons was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $354, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Eric Westphal was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence and pay $342 for criminal impersonation.• Randall Massengill must serve two days, pay $409 and stay out of KFC for disorderly conduct.• James Richardson and Nathan Hale must pay $269 for public intoxication.• Nick Smith must pay $312 and perform 16 hours public service work for consumption under the age of 21.• Jennifer Ham must serve 10 days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Tiffany Greer must serve 10 days and pay $224 for failure to appear in court.
