A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:
• Jesse Epps was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for harassment. He also had his probation violated and must serve the balance of his former sentence.
• Jessica Potter was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• John Elrod was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and possession of a legend drug.
• Amy Foutch, Andrew Scruggs and Angela Howell were bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and burglary.
• Matthew Adams was instructed to serve 48 hours for criminal trespass.
• Cheri Thomas must serve six months after her judicial diversion was set aside.
• Chris T. Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault and must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.
