A 29-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Jesse Epps was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for harassment. He also had his probation violated and must serve the balance of his former sentence.• Jessica Potter was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• John Elrod was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and possession of a legend drug.• Amy Foutch, Andrew Scruggs and Angela Howell were bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and burglary.• Matthew Adams was instructed to serve 48 hours for criminal trespass.• Cheri Thomas must serve six months after her judicial diversion was set aside.• Chris T. Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault and must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.
