A 66-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:
• Larry Hale was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.
• Jared Vogel was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must enter the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.
• Virginia Murphy was instructed to serve six days of a six-month sentence for passing a worthless check for $460. She must also make restitution.
• Arica Carter was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Maggie E. Parsons was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. She must make $33 restitution.
• Emily Rush was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. She must make $337 restitution.
• Michael Collins was released on time served and fined $10 plus cost and warned not to call 911 unless it is an emergency for making non-emergency 911 calls.
• Misty Ferrell was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license. She was given an extra two days in jail for failure to appear in court.
• Orentha Carr must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Roger Beasley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Denise Hosse must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Josh Johnson was instructed to serve the balance of his sentence or go to in-patient treatment for the duration of his remaining jail time for violation of probation.
• Michael Dinovo must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Sharon Wright must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
• Brandon Boling must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Darrell W. Newby must serve six months for violation of probation.
