A 51-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Daniel M. Muncey was ordered to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft and violation of probation.• Denise C. Hosse was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $77 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Tommy White was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft. He was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.• Destiny Hodges was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Brandon Bradley was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.• Timothy W. Smith was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Stephen M. Judkins was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Andrea Russell was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.• Joshua T. Griffith was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution for vandalism and public intoxication.• Jonaven McCoy was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 60 hours public service work for tampering with government records.
