A 54-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in court action:• Rachel Johnson was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Abraham Juarez was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $350 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, failure to appear in court and second-offense driving on a suspended license. • Marcus Mott was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.• Aaron C. Smith was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work, attend anger management, and stay away from the victim for domestic assault.• Ismael Sanchez was instructed to serve 12 days of a six-month sentence and pay $10 plus costs for criminal impersonation, failure to appear in court and driving without a license.• Nathan Bratcher was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.• Kaleb Cantrell must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Jarred L. Foster must serve 30 days and make restitution for leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.• Jarrod Herrin must pay $200 and lose his hunting license for one year for illegal taking of wildlife and hunting big game in a closed season.• Corey Richardson must pay $50 plus costs and lose his hunting license for one year for hunting deer over a baited area.• Janice Martin must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for possession of a legend drug.• Amanda Garcia was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Paul T. Holland and Nicholas Payne were fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jeremy Rochon must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Jeremy Smith was fined $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Molly S. Lawrence must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Tina M. Fite must serve 60 days and have her probation extended by a half year for violation of probation.• Kendrick Burton had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Brenda Presley must serve 60 days and have her probation extended by a half year for violation of probation.
