A 32-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• James Johnson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Marvin Molina was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $306 and must undergo anger management for domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call.• Larry W. Melton Jr. and Mark Tidenburg were ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection.• Alexi Resendiz was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana and criminal impersonation.• Brad Hamm must serve 35 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Austin Haney must pay $50 plus costs for failure to appear in court.• Rodney Henry must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Jeremy L. Shockley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Nathan McCormick must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Joshua Ledbetter must serve 20 days for failure to appear in court and contempt of court.
