Judge Bill Locke heard a 55-person docket Tuesday in General Sessions Court. The majority of cases were postponed to a later date.Included in court action:• Helana C. Pedigo was ordered to serve 30 days, pay $4,495 in fines and perform 100 hours community service work for possession of schedule IV, III, and II drugs.• Derek Lee Emler was ordered to serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Damon Grove was ordered to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Keith W. Johnson was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.• Joe David Womack was given 30 days probation for criminal trespassing and theft of property under $500. He was ordered to pay restitution and perform 25 hours public service work.• Shelia Jones was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and 25 hours community service work for shoplifting.• Guadalupe Miller was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and make $80 restitution for vandalism and underage consumption.• Jane Marie Pace was ordered to serve the balance of her sentence but given the option to go to inpatient therapy.
