Sentences were handed down Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Ronald Aho was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Jennifer Barnes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Zachera Cantrell was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic cannabinoids and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony.• Carrie L. Green was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture of meth and simple possession of drugs.• Seth Martin Jones was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Andrew Chase Stewart was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of stolen property.• McLouis Peterman was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence to serve and must pay $1,950 for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Travis Davenport was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for simple possession of marijuana.• Tracy G. Atterson was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,457 for possession of drugs.• David Anthony Fults must perform 50 hours public service work and pay $310 for underage consumption.• Julio Rodriguez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $312 and perform 16 hours public service work for selling alcohol to a minor.• Franny Ordonez must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Johnny Ramos must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Tina Ripley must serve 120 days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Joseph Randall Rolen must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Emily Tanner must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
