A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Willard Ray Scott was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must serve 60 days on house arrest for attempted unlawful possession of a weapon. He was also instructed to pay $342 and was warned to stay away from his victim in a domestic assault case which was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.• Amanda Cox Dunn was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $286 and perform 25 hours public service work for domestic assault.• Billie Ruth Carter was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $764, and perform 15 hours public service work for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.
