A 30-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions trial court. Included in the afternoon session:• Timmy L. Young was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.• Michael Medley was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Ralph Pease Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Valerie Clisso was bound over to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault, assault and vandalism.• Sandra Markus was bound to the grand jury on the charge of felony theft.• Stephen Martin was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must undergo conflict management and was warned to stay away from the victim on the charge of assault. His count of underage consumption was dismissed.• Misty Comfort was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $92 and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Diane McIntyre was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Clifton Hennessee was placed on probation for six months and must make restitution for theft.• Samuel Darrell was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $832 restitution and was warned to stay away from the victim for vandalism.• Michael Hopkins was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Anthony Brock was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of harassment.• Kendrick Burton must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Tina Farless had her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Brady Neilson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Corey Smith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Ricky Scott must pay $50 plus costs for failure to appear in court.• Keith Polson was given 48 hours in jail for violation of his judicial diversion.
