Sentences were down  last Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.
Included in the afternoon session:

Barry Barton was ordered to serve six months for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Cody Dale Cagle was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, tampering with evidence, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Travis Bouldin was directed to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must make restitution for assault and shoplifting.

Orlando Febus was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo mental health counseling for domestic assault.

Trenton David McKinley was bound to the grand jury on the charge of tampering with evidence.
Teddy Fults was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of meth.

Ricky Shannon Nokes was instructed to serve 60 days and must pay $500 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and violation of probation.

Dustin M. Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault and possession of meth and criminal trespass.

Wanda Gail Parks was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.

Thomas D. Phillips was bound to the grand jury for simple possession of drugs.

David A. Fuqua must serve 60 days for violation of probation. He was given another 45 days for possession of meth and driving on a suspended license.

Nicholas S. Taylor was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and must stay out of Walmart for fraudulent use of a credit card.

Ronald Eugene Weldon was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served for domestic assault.

Donnie Allen Sparkman was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $17 restitution to Dollar General for shoplifting.

Michael Blake Simmons must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
