Sentences were down last Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in the afternoon session: Barry Barton was ordered to serve six months for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.Cody Dale Cagle was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, tampering with evidence, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Travis Bouldin was directed to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must make restitution for assault and shoplifting. Orlando Febus was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo mental health counseling for domestic assault.
