A 34-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:Penny L. Bryant was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and must stay out of Walmart for theft and criminal trespass.Amanda Davis was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Jewell Fults was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make $490 restitution for pawning rental property.Jack Chisam must serve five days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.William Melson must serve 65 days in addition to any other time he owes the state for public intoxication and violation of probation. He must also pay $10 plus costs and have his probation extended by six months.Tyler Barnes must serve the balance of his sentence and attend batterer intervention for violation of probation.Tracy Jennings must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.Michael Mosley must serve 30 days for violation of probation.Anna Smith must serve two days, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
