A 34-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
Penny L. Bryant was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and must stay out of Walmart for theft and criminal trespass.
Amanda Davis was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Jewell Fults was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make $490 restitution for pawning rental property.
Jack Chisam must serve five days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
William Melson must serve 65 days in addition to any other time he owes the state for public intoxication and violation of probation. He must also pay $10 plus costs and have his probation extended by six months.
Tyler Barnes must serve the balance of his sentence and attend batterer intervention for violation of probation.
Tracy Jennings must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
Michael Mosley must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
Anna Smith must serve two days, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:
Eric Haywood was bound to the grand jury on charges of attempted criminal homicide, attempted burglary and aggravated domestic assault. He is accused of threatening to kill a woman and then barricading himself in an apartment for several hours before finally surrendering to police.
Matthew Thomas was bound to the grand jury on the charge of child rape.
He is charged with raping a 10-year-old girl in the woods near his home.
Jeremy Bouldin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must undergo the batterer intervention program for vandalism.
Jeffery Duncan was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.
Donald Hargrove was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.
Oscar Diaz must pay $750 plus costs for possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
Kimberly Foster must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
Richard Cripps must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
Shawn Crandell was directed to serve 10 days and have probation extended for six months for violation of probation.
William Bradley must serve 10 days and have his probation extended for one year for violation of probation.
Eugenia Nelson had her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Tiffany Schott must serve 48 hours and had her probation extended by six months and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
Terry Jones was ordered to serve 120 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
David Speake must serve 45 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Cayla Smith must serve 48 hours and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
Chris Scott was ordered to serve 120 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
