A 39-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:Terrence Moore was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and failure to appear in court.Brandi Turner and Brittany Turner were granted 11-29 judicial diversions and must perform 24 hours public service work and were warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.Jason Cline was fined $75 plus costs and will lose his hunting license for one year for hunting without a license and using bait to hunt.Dennis De Silva must pay $50 plus costs and lose his hunting license for a year for hunting in a baited field.Landon Butcher was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Fred Bunch must serve 10 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.Marisha Drake was directed to serve eight days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation. She has the option of completing her eight hours of community service work instead of going to jail.Christine Letendre must serve 10 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of her judicial diversion.
