A 38-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in the morning session:• Sandy G. Jantes was handed an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work for joyriding.• Katherine Griffith was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work, make $184 restitution, and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Lucy Shanks was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $59 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Chase White was ordered to serve eight days for criminal trespassing.• Chastity Richardson must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Christopher Bowden must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Andrew Glenn had his probation extended for six months for violation of probation.• Lisa King was ordered to serve two days, have her probation extended by six months, and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for violation of probation.• Martin Martinez was ordered to serve 150 days and have his probation extended for one year for violation of probation.• Samantha Davenport had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Toni Schuman must serve five days for violation of a bond condition.
