A criminal arraignment and trial docket were heard Tuesday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.

Included in Tuesday’s court action:

• Tracy Atterson was ordered to serve 60 days for a probation violation and 6 months for worthless checks. These are to run consecutively. Atterson was also ordered to pay the victim $220. 

• Floyd Craven was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

• Bridget F. Eaton was ordered to serve 45 days for probation violation.

• Gregory Wayne Keaton was fined $10 for public intoxication.

• James Lopez was fined $10 for speeding and $10 driving without a license.

• Brandon W. Qualls was ordered to serve 60 days for probation violation.

• Seth Roach was ordered to serve 120 days and was fined $50 for assault with physical contact.

• Justin Shockley was ordered to serve 90 days and was given a 6 month probation extension for a probation violation.

• Chad Upton Gannon was ordered to serve 45 days with 30 days credit from rehab.

• Gerald E. Archuleta was given an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence for domestic assault. He was ordered to undergo a mental exam, attend anger management, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and any follow-ups, and stay away from the victim.

• Bridget F. Atterson was ordered to serve 15 days and pay the victim for theft.

• Tracy Atterson was ordered to serve 30 days for theft.

• Leland Allen Avery was ordered to serve 30 days for criminal trespass. He was ordered to serve 45 days and was fined $750 for possession or casual exchange of meth. These are to run concurrently.

• Michael Wayne J. Brock was revoked to serve after he serves 90 days for probation violation. He was also fined $10 for public intoxication.

•Timothy Cheatham was given an 11-29 probation sentence for violation of restraining order and was ordered to undergo a mental exam and an alcohol and drug assessment.

• Randy Davis Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days for probation violation and was ordered to serve 30 days and fined $150 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia uses and activities. He was given an additional 10 days for failure to appear. All three are to run consecutively.

• Winter Jacinda Jade Dudziak was given an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $250 for a misdemeanor of schedule VI drugs. She was also fined $150.

• Lucky L. Hollandsworth was ordered to pay $500 to Animal Control for cruelty to animals.

• Natelie Mae Kaufman was ordered to pay $129 for domestic assault and to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and any follow-ups.

• Daniel John Pendergraph was ordered to serve two 30-day sentences of two 11-29 probation sentences for two counts of violation of a restraining order. These are to run concurrently, and he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

• David Roddy was ordered to serve 10 days for violation of conditional release.

• William Ray Roller Jr. was fined $10 for criminal trespass and was ordered to stay away from the victim’s property.

• Lacie Ann Varner was given an 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $150 for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities.

• Michael Walker was ordered to serve 60 days and was fined $75 for fraud use of a credit or debit card. He was also ordered to serve 30 days for criminal impersonation and was ordered to have no contact with victim. These are to run concurrently.

• Gregory Ray West was ordered to serve 5 days and was fined $129 for violation of conditional release.

• Jonathan Youngblood was ordered to serve 30 days and was fined $50 for criminal trespass. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
