Since 71 percent of the Earth’s surface is composed of water, it pays to know how to swim.It’s with that in mind, the Caney Fork Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold sign-ups for this summer’s Learn-to-Swim Program this Thursday, June 26, beginning at 5 p.m. at McMinnville Civic Center. As in previous years, classes are free and available for anyone 6 years and older. Students must be a minimum of 6 years old when their class starts.
