Former Warren County resident drowns in Kentucky

MORGANFIELD, Ky. (AP) — A body found in the Ohio River in western Kentucky has been identified as a Murfreesboro, Tenn., man who had formerly lived in Warren County.Kentucky State Police identified the man as 24-year-old Jesse Waters. An autopsy has been conducted, but police say the official cause of death hasn’t been released due to pending tests.Waters lived in Warren County for several years and is related to local book author Jan Shinpaugh. Waters was reportedly at a rock concert in Kentucky when he disappeared.
