For individuals who don’t brown bag their lunch, or those who do but want to take a day off by having someone else do it, McMinnville Electric System will offer that service as a fundraiser April 30.“It is that time of year once again,” said Debbie Sain, manager of marketing and communications at MES. “We are excited to be providing our Brown Bag Lunch for a Cure.”The event offers lunch for $6. This year’s brown bag lunch will include a BBQ sandwich, chips, drink and dessert. Place an order of five or more lunches and delivery is available.McMinnville Electric System’s Relay for Life team offers the fundraiser as part of its annual effort to raise money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.All proceeds for this event will be donated to the organization.
