McMinnville Police Department Lt. Detective Nichole Mosley has graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Va.“It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’m glad I did it,” said Mosley. “I got to meet a lot of interesting people and network with other departments.”Mosley graduated alongside 220 other law enforcement officers from 47 states.
