INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Donald Trump supporters have lined up hours before the Republican presidential candidate's rally in Indianapolis.

Trump is set to speak during the Wednesday afternoon rally at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, a day after his big Republican primary win in his home state of New York.

Trump's rally is the first Indiana campaign stop by the presidential candidates this year and comes less than two weeks before the state's May 3 primary.

Trump is in a race for the GOP nomination with Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and Ohio Gov. John Kasich.

Cruz is scheduled to speak at an Indiana Republican Party fundraising dinner on Thursday. Kasich didn't have any Indiana events listed on his website as of Wednesday morning.
