Hillis excelsAs nurse Dustin Hillis, BSN, RN, recently received the Nursing Excellence 2014 Rookie of the Year Award from Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga., where he works in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. Dustin is a Warren County native who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in microbiology in 2011 and then earned his BSN from Georgia State University in 2012. Holmes earnsETSU degree Merranda Holmes recently graduated from East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine and has begun residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
