The city of McMinnville is asking the public for its assistance to put an end to dye being placed in the Court Square fountain before it causes permanent discoloration.“We’ve noticed that dye has been added to the fountain for about a month now,” said city administrator Bill Brock. “It’s happened quite a few times. We don’t know if it’s one person putting dye in the fountain or more than one person.
