A woman faces drug smuggling charges after the smell of marijuana came floating from her cell.The suspect, Kacey Jean Swann, 27, had been sent from court to do jail time on another charge earlier in the day and had been searched before she was placed with the general population in the F-Pod at Warren County Jail.It was a short time later marijuana was smelled coming from the cell block. The smell prompted a shakedown of the cell from where the odor was found. A search of the occupants of the cell turned up nothing.
