Dog escapes hasten need for fence

Warren County Animal Control is getting a fence around its perimeter to prevent animals who get outside the kennel from leaving the property.
One more dog has escaped from Warren County Animal Control. It could be the last once a fence is placed around the facility’s perimeter.The county’s Health and Welfare Committee met and approved spending $2,400 to construct a fence. “We had another dog escape,” said Animal Control director Kim Pettrey.
