Delvalle faces weapons charges

A convicted felon faces weapons charges after lawmen found six guns in his house while answering a domestic call.The suspect, Christopher Delvalle, 29, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke and was bound to the grand jury on six counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.Police arrived at the Bell Street residence and separated Delvalle and a woman he was having a domestic dispute with. It was during that time, McMinnville Police Sgt. Ben Cantrell saw a small amount of marijuana on a coffee table. When asked if there was more marijuana in the house, the woman went to a back bedroom and produced a small bag of pot.
