Debate set for tonight at WCHS

Candidates for state House, state Senate and U.S. House will be at Warren County High School on Thursday night as the Southern Standard and WCPI hold their second political forum of the week.

Janice Bowling and Jim Lewis are set to square off as they fight for the state Senate seat being vacated by Eric Stewart.

Judd Matheny and his challenger, Scott Price, will meet as they battle for Matheny's seat in the state House.

Charles Curtiss has confirmed he will be in attendance, but his challenger has declined an invitation to participate.

Eric Stewart has confirmed his appearance as he goes against Scott DesJarlais for a seat in the U.S. House. DesJarlais will not attend.

The political forum starts at 7 p.m. at the WCHS auditorium. Admission is free.
