Time is running out for those wanting to seek a seat on the School Board, with two of the three incumbents not yet qualifying to run.The deadline to qualify for the three School Board positions up for grabs is noon on April 3. The School Board seats are elected on staggered four-year terms, with the other three spots coming up for election in two years.In the 1st District, first-term incumbent Jeff Lee is the only one of three incumbents to declare for re-election. Lee is being challenged by James Bennett and Wallace Stevens.Helen G. Martin is the only one to qualify in the 3rd District.
