It’s a celebration of the most wonderful time of the year this weekend as the 45th annual Warren County Arts and Crafts Fair takes place at McMinnville Civic Center. On Friday and Saturday, a record number of vendors will offer a variety of handmade wares.Sponsored by Homeland Community Bank, the event is a community staple and ushers in the Christmas shopping season. Said Homeland marketing director Cindy Rogers, “We’re excited to bring the craft fair to our community again this year.
