In a rare occurrence, audience members and media were cleared from the courtroom during the full Warren County Commission meeting Monday night so commissioners could meet in executive session with their lawyers concerning pending litigation against Commissioner and former County Executive Kenneth Rogers.County Executive John Pelham announced prior to the final item on the docket that spectators would need to leave the courtroom. Once the courtroom was cleared, the commission met with legal counsel representing the law firm of Rogers, Duncan and North in Manchester. Christina Henley Duncan and Edward North met with the commission and county executive for approximately 30 minutes.Spectators were then called back into the courtroom, followed by a 15-minute break given to the commission.
