Warren County officials are deadlocked over which company will be the county’s insurance provider. The stalemate will be under review by the county’s legal counsel.“I don’t know that we’ve ever had this situation happen before,” said Warren County Executive John Pelham after a Purchasing Committee vote ended 2-2. “We have an odd number on most of our committees in order to avoid something like this.”Officials were considering three companies that answered the county’s ad for bids to be the county’s insurance broker.
