County employees may be getting a pay raise if Warren County commissioners continue to pass a motion made by Commissioner Wayne Copeland calling for all county employees to receive a 5 percent pay increase effective on next year’s budget.Commissioners on the county’s Policy and Personnel Committee believe their county employees deserve a raise. While discussing the budget for 2013-14, Commissioner Kenneth Rogers said, “We’ve got to do something for our people. It’s ridiculous what our employees make for the county.
