Warren County commissioners may have to wear name tags as there will be 10 new members making their debut appearances on the County Court, some winning without opposition while others unseated incumbents.In the 3rd District, Michael Shane Wilcher was one of those who took office by ousting an incumbent. In doing so, he will join his brother, Blaine Wilcher, on the commission. He won office with the most votes in his district, outpacing incumbent Ken Martin who, in turn, defeated incumbent George Smartt by 13 votes for the last spot.In the 8th District, Dwight O’Neal found himself as the only incumbent.
