Over 30 representatives from various government offices, local businesses and health care providers will be participating an the Community Resource Expo taking place today at the McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend armed with questions, concerns and a day of fun and relaxation. Representatives from the Warren County Sheriff’s Department will be conducting their Operation Medication Clean Sweep during the expo. Attendees are encouraged to bring any expired or no longer used medications for proper disposal.
Some of those attending include: Social Security office, SHIP, Curves, McMinnville Physical Therapy, Family Home Care Services, Raintree Manor, LinCare, American Red Cross, UCAAAD, UT Extension, Tennessee Respite, Arbonne, Walgreens, Warren County Sheriff’s office, Lions Club (eye screenings), Intrepid Home Health, Ben Lomand Connect, Warren County VA Primary Care Clinic, Essential Oils, Natural Advantage Massage, UCHRA, Warren County Health Council, NHC Heath Care, Upper Cumberland Medical Reserve, NCOA, Legal Aid Society, The Cumberland Clinic of Chiropractic, Riverview Terrace, RSVP, Warren County Health Department, Tennessee Regulatory Authority, Avon, Star Physical Therapy and more.
Door prizes will be given away throughout the day to visitors. The Senior Center is located at 809 Morrison Street, and they can be reached at 473-6559.
