SUNDAY, JUNE 3
A decoration will be held June 3 at Faulkner Cemetery with a business meeting at 2 p.m. Donations may be sent to Faulkner Cemetery, 113 Lillian Street, McMinnville TN. 37110.

Decoration will be held June 3 at Mt. View Cemetery on Highway 30. Donations for upkeep may be sent to Mt. View Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 7463 McMinnville, TN 37110. Someone will also be at the cemetery June 2 at accept donations.

Decoration will be held at Banks Cemetery in DeKalb County June 3. Banks Cumberland Presbyterian Church will also have its homecoming day with lunch at noon. Donations for upkeep of the cemetery may be sent to Robert Joines, Treasurer, 846 Luttrell Avenue, Smithville, TN 37166.

MONDAY, JUNE 4
The Warren County Democratic Party will host its regular meeting June 4 at the VFW.

The monthly meeting at Lucky CIC will be held at 6:30 p.m. with a pot luck supper.

TUESDAY, JUNE 5
A new exhibit by Barun Mukerji will be unveiled at Magness Library on June 5. Dr. Mukerji’s wife, Chitra, has donated 17 of her husband’s more unique photographs to be displayed as a memorial. The ceremony will take place from 5-7 p.m. in the Horticulture Room.

A clothing give away will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. at Westwood Church of Christ.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6
Free Excel computer classes will be held at Magness Library from 10 a.m. to noon for the next three weeks. For info call 473-2824.

FRIDAY, JUNE 8
Boyd Christian School will have a garage and rummage sale from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 8-9. Vendor space is available by contacting school.

SATURDAY, JUNE 9
The second annual Faithapolooza will be held June 9 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Covenant Fellowship Church on Manchester Highway. The event is free. The family alternative to Bonnaroo will feature singing, motivational speakers and fun for all ages. Bring a lawnchair.

Decoration will be held at Grange Hall Cemetery June 9 with Bingo at 10 a.m. and concessions. Business meeting at 1 p.m. along with entertainment and auction.

The Rigsby reunion will be held June 9 for the family and friends of the late John Lee and Frances West Rigsby at Shelter 6 of Greenbrook Park in Smithville. Lunch at noon. For info call 615-597-4150.

A lasagna dinner will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Moose Lodge 1725 with karaoke following from 8 p.m. to midnight. The Lodge will host a pancake breakfast Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $6 with proceeds going to Families in Crisis.

Rocky River CIC will hosts its annual spring bluegrass festival with six bands beginning at noon. Admission is $6 and children 10 and under free. Breakfast at 7 a.m. and catfish plates at noon. For info call James at 686-2693.

The Passons reunion will be held June 10 at Centertown CIC with a covered dish dinner at 12:30 p.m.

A revival with Doyle Chamblee as speaker will be held June 11-15 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church on River Drive. Singing each night.

The eighth annual Juneteenth celebration will be held June 16 at Rocket Ball Park off Beersheba Street from noon to 5 p.m. The Fire House Band will be performing among other acts.

The Citizens Police Academy will host a finger printing booth for children June 16 at Back to the 60s Day at the fairgrounds.

Alzheimer’s Association will present a free program entitled “Basics of Alzheimer’s” on June 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at Viola Church of Christ and from 1-3 p.m. at the Morrison Ruritan building. The 40th reunion of the Warren County High School class of 1972 is seeking a speedy response from those who wish to attend.
