Clay County will be the recipient of a galvanized pole which McMinnville officials have decided to declare surplus and donate free of charge.McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock received an email from Clay County E911 director Beth Moulton requesting the city to consider selling or donating a pole so her department can install a camera around the square in Celina.Brock presented the request to Streets and Sanitation Committee members on Tuesday. “We have several of these poles they are needing,” said Brock. “We have had them for years.
