The city’s Water and Sewer Committee will be meeting this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. to discuss filling the position of Water and Sewer Department director.“I think it’s time that we fill that position,” said Alderman Jimmy Bonner, committee chairman. “I have mentioned filling it before. However, I was told the position was eliminated and that it couldn’t be filled.”Water and Sewer Department has been under the direction of McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock since September 2010 after Carl Davis was fatally injured Aug. 28 in a motorcycle crash.
