Applications are now being taken by the city of McMinnville to fill the position of director at McMinnville Parks and Recreation Department. The salary range is $45,000 to $85,000.The city will be looking for an individual that possess highly developed technical, presentation and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have an in-depth knowledge and experience in management of parks and recreation and significant operational experience.The director will be responsible for the general administration of the department’s operating budget, enforcement of city policies regarding employees, facility use and overall supervision of the activities of the Parks and Recreation Department.
