McMinnville officials will discuss policy and procedure Tuesday night after one alderman threatened to not participate in future committee meetings.“Mr. Mayor, I’m advising you that I will not participate in any committee business until the board adopts rules by which it adheres to concerning agendas, meetings and public notice,” said Alderman Mike Neal. The email was sent to Mayor Jimmy Haley after Streets and Sanitation Committee members considered requests from two local organizations on April 9. The measures were approved in committee and by the full board on the same night.
