McMinnville officials will be considering $428,571 in nonprofit donation requests for fiscal year 2015-16, departmental budget requests, and a recommendation on setting the city’s tax rate on this Tuesday at 6:10 p.m.Meeting will be the city’s Finance Committee with members Aldermen Everett Brock, Mike Neal and Ben Newman. Brock says he’s going to recommend the city’s property tax rate remain unchanged. “I will recommend we keep the rate the same,” said Brock.
