The Municipal Technical Advisory Service recently offered an academy for elected officials at the Chamber of Commerce. Three new members of the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen were in attendance.“I thought the session was very informative,” said Vice Mayor Ben Newman. “Being an attorney, I already knew a lot of what was discussed.
