McMinnville will soon get a little brighter at night. Funds were included in the fiscal year 2013-14 budget for the return of 300 streetlights.Alderman Ken Smith asked McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock on Tuesday night to generate plans for their placement. “I’ve got a request in regard to the streetlights that we are going to add back,” said Smith.
