After months of consideration, McMinnville officials gave up a ramp in Westwood on Tuesday night. The area can now be claimed by someone else.Officials voted 4-1 with McMinnville Mayor Norman Rone and Aldermen Billy Wood, Clair Cochran and Junior Medley voting for the measure. Alderman Jimmy Haley voted against it.
