Some local residents are angered by a circus which appears to be clowning around with their money.The Toby Tyler Circus was scheduled to make an appearance Wednesday night at Warren County Fairgrounds. People who bought advanced tickets showed up, however the circus did not."We've talked to a lot of people who are really furious about this," said Parks and Recreation program coordinator Kendra Foust. "We want people to know this is not the circus which comes to the Civic Center every year in February and the city is in no way affiliated with any of this."The Toby Tyler Circus was supposed to have two performances Wednesday night at Warren County Fairgrounds.
