Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley handed down sentences against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:• Marcus Conway Boren was instructed to serve six months for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth, burglary, theft, possession of drugs and passing worthless checks.• Jeffery Dale Martin was ordered to serve 90 days for violating his probation for delivery of a counterfeit drug.• Daniel Marlow must serve 60 days for violating his probation for domestic assault and aggravated burglary.• Jason Deckard must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Jason Louis Lundgen was instructed to serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for domestic assault and second-offense DUI.• Barry L. McCormick must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for promoting and initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Jesse McCormick must serve 120 days for violating his probation for promoting and initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Michael C. Mills was released on 90 days time served and had his probation extended by two years for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Corey E. Pleasant must serve 60 days for violating his probation for delivery of drugs.• Sarah Sanders was released on time served and was transferred to Coffee County drug court for violating her probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Christi Dawn Bouldin was ordered to serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation for grand theft and assault.• Matthew Sawyer was released on time served and had his probation extended by two years for violating his probation on charges of grand theft and aggravated burglary.• Crystal A. Turner must serve 90 days for violating her probation on the charge of forgery.• Johnny W. Walker was released on time served and transferred to drug court for violating his probation on the charge of delivery of drugs.• Nathan Bayless must serve the balance of his sentence for felony theft. He will be accepted into the drug court program.• Jeremy Brandon Barnes had his probation extended by one year for violating his probation for attempt to initiate the process to manufacture meth.• Vincent Hunter Reed had his probation extended by six months for violating his probation for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Steven Dale Sitz must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on charges of fourth-offense DUI and eight-offense driving on a revoked license.• Michael T. Woods was released on time served and transferred to DUI Court for violating his probation for DUI.
