Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against drug offenders – with almost all the cases having to do with methamphetamine trafficking.Included in narcotics sentences:• Angela Faye Dennis was ordered to serve five years in the women’s state penitentiary and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth. She will also be required to serve the balance of her former sentence for violating her probation for delivery of drugs.• Timothy George Smith was directed to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for initiating the process to manufacture meth and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Tracy Glenn Atterson was directed to serve 120 days of a six-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth and simple possession of marijuana.• Allison Lynn Brewer was granted a six-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 100 hours public service work for facilitating the manufacture of meth. The diversion means her criminal record will be erased if she successfully completes her probation.• Greg Alan Fox was granted a one-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 20 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth.
Circuit Court: Drug Sentences
