Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court. Included in court action:• James Reaves was ordered to serve 180 days of a three-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Paul Edward Knight Jr., was given a three-year sentence but released on 10 months time served for promoting the manufacture of meth. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Stephen West was ordered to serve 150 days of an eight-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth and possession of drugs.• Corey Lynn Smith was instructed to serve 140 days of a three-year sentence, pay $750 plus costs, attend anger management and forfeit his firearm for possession of a weapon while under the influence and second-offense DUI.• Brandon Redmon was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for casual exchange of drugs.• Bernardo Acuna Rodriguez was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Randi Radekin was released on 107 days served and will be on probation for eight years for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Rodney Olson was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for reckless endangerment.• Danice Knox was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for possession of drugs and driving without a license.• Anthony Campbell was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for harassment.• Christian Guzman must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
