A man who attacked his wife and part of her family will serve three months behind bars.The man, Jonathan Corey Jacobs, 34 entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of domestic assault and vandalism. He was directed to serve 90 days of two 11-month, 29-day sentences. He must also attend batterer intervention and will be accepted into the adult recovery program.His jail time comes after he and his wife got into an argument while talking about their marriage problems.
