Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against seven for possession and delivery of drugs ranging from pills and marijuana to methamphetamine.Included in Circuit Court drug sentences:• Clara Jasmine Scott was directed to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and pay court costs for delivery of drugs.• Lois Ambrose was ordered to serve 150 days of a five-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for delivery of drugs.• Barbara Elaine Rogers was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs, undergo a drug and alcohol assessment, and must wear a GPS monitor while on house arrest for delivery of drugs.• Zachary K. Dolzonek was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work and maintain full-time employment for delivery of drugs.• Scott A. Turner was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $950 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, and failure to appear on a citation.• Kerri L. Maxwell was given a three-year probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Johnathan Pepper was issued a two-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs and forfeit his weapon for possession of drugs and possession of a firearm.
